This week one fifth of the world's population is celebrating the Spring Festival which heralds the arrival of the Lunar New Year. The Year of the Horse also brings to Slovenia a new Chinese Ambassador, Her Excellency Ms. Kang Yan. The Embassy of the People's Republic of China organized a reception to mark both occasions.
